Yoga is an ancient system to find balance and union from within. Certain exercises/kriyas move anxious, depressed, and stuck energy out, creating room for vitality and joy, withIN. Meditation is the most important tool you have for healing, inner clarity, and outer calm. Breathwork is the single most accessible and effective tool you have to heal and create lasting change in your life.

I work with my client’s individually to create a program with these tools which accelerates their progress in a powerful and practical way.

 

I combine all of the tools above with my integrative coaching clients. I find that the compassionate inquiry work, life integration coaching, and yoga/movement/breathwork are three pillars that create a solid foundation for lasting change. It is my experience that the best way to address anxiety, depressed energy or procrastination is to commit to change and follow through with actual action. Walking the walk. I make this simple for my clients by offering a five-week, five-session program designed to shift the energy and move through to a more integrated and peaceful state of being. Each session is unique and I believe in meeting my client where they are in the moment rather then having a preset agenda and these tools allow for that flexibility.

On Retreats

Arani and Samir’s meditation retreat was absolutely incredible and life changing. These two teachers (Arani and Samir) are some of the wisest, most humble, sincere, authentic, and loving people I have ever had the chance to learn from.
