Deva Arani

author of The Mother Ache and Integration Alchemy

Writing at the intersection of
healing, embodiment, and the sacred.

Two books. One path.

Integration Alchemy and The Mother Ache explore what it means to bring healing into the lived experience of our lives.

Together, they trace a journey from insight to embodiment,

toward greater self-trust, connection, and wholeness.

At the heart of both is a simple invitation: to return more fully to ourselves, to one another, and to life.

I’m the author of The Mother Ache and Integration Alchemy, two books rooted in a lifelong exploration of healing, embodiment, and our relationship with the sacred.

My writing draws from decades of meditation and embodied practice, time spent with teachers and wisdom keepers in India and South America, and an enduring curiosity about what helps us live more fully in relationship with ourselves, one another, and the living world.

The Circle Continues

Good books create conversations.

I love the way those conversations

continue beyond the book’s pages,

between author and reader and among readers themselves.

I’d love to be in conversation with you, dear reader.
